Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Orevia Court, we do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all information regarding our shipping and delivery procedures.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
2. Delivery Time
Average delivery times:

Netherlands: 30 to 80 business days

Belgium: 30 to 80 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
All courts are produced only after customer approval. This includes:

manufacturing
-
colouring
-
applying logos
-
assembling the full court for inspection
-
sending photos to the customer for final approval
Only after approval are the tiles shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the weight/volume of your order.
Any promotions, such as free shipping, will be clearly indicated on our website.
4. Shipping & Carriers
Orevia Court works with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe delivery of your order.
We reserve the right to select the carrier best suited for your shipment.
5. Track & Trace
When available, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email once your order has been shipped.
This allows you to follow the status of your delivery.
6. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate address information when placing an order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be charged for reshipment.
7. Not Home at Delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may:

deliver the package to a neighbour

deliver the package to a pickup point

attempt a new delivery
This depends on the carrier and the delivery options in your region.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order.
Damaged Package
If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours at:

Include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Lost Package
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
9. International Shipping
We also ship to other European countries (when available). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
