1. Surface & Installation
What surface do I need for a basketball court?
The best surfaces are concrete or asphalt because they are the most stable and durable. Other options such as pavers, crushed stone, outdoor screed or pavement are also possible as long as the surface is flat, hard and free of holes.
Can I install a court on soil or grass?
No. Soil and grass are not stable enough, causing poor ball bounce and tile movement.
Does the surface need to be perfectly level?
A slight slope is fine, but major uneven areas or holes should be filled to ensure consistent bounce.
Does Orevia Court install the flooring?
No, we do not install the flooring ourselves. We guide you fully and can recommend suitable installers or partners when needed.
How are Swish tiles installed?
The installation is similar to a large puzzle. The tiles click together and can be installed by the customer or a professional.
