Return & Refund Policy

At Orevia Court, we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can make use of our return and refund policy as described below.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

The return period starts on the day you receive the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused and undamaged

• The product is in its original packaging, if possible

• The product is complete (including accessories, manuals, etc.)

• The product is not excluded from return (see section 6)

If the product is damaged or shows clear signs of use, we may apply a depreciation fee.

3. How to Request a Return

• Your name

• Order number

• Reason for return (optional)

• Photos of the product (if damaged)

After your request, you will receive instructions regarding the return process.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exceptions (Non‑Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom‑made products

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if opened/used)

• Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

• Products damaged due to improper use

7. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

Did you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

• If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it free of charge and issue a full refund.

• If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation falls under our return policy.
