7. Shipping & Delivery

We generally process orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Orevia Court is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days via the same payment method.

If the product is damaged or used, a depreciation fee may apply.
